The Customer Enrollment Representative is vital to delivering top-notch customer service and driving client satisfaction by promoting and selling our client’s services. The ideal Customer Enrollment Representative will be consultative, influential, detail-oriented, and must be ready to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
Present products and services to new and existing customers
Utilize company-generated leads and proprietary systems to discover and cultivate fresh channels for sales prospects
Effectively close sales in designated territories by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
Set sales and gross margin goals for the territory
Create and execute sales initiatives to drive and bolster our client's core objective of expanding account growth
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts, activity reports, sales goals, closings, and follow-ups with the sales team
Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to expand revenue
Participate in company training for team building, mentorship, and development of the latest sales trends from field and industry research
Ensure customer feedback to sales management regarding products and enhancements
Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
1-3 years experience as a Customer Enrollment Representative preferred
Excellent presentation and persuasive skills with the drive to continuously improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
Coachable and highly enthusiastic mindset
Communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
Outgoing and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment to generate new business

Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
