Blowmold Operator

Job Title Operate plastic blow molding machines to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner according to established company policies and procedures.Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottlesOperate bagger and debagger stationsTroubleshoot and implement minor repairs of blowmold equipmentTrain others on blowmold operationsMaintain open communication with other departments, management, and employees to notify of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict efficiencyEnsure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP'sAnalyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshootUtilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processesReport any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediatelyMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.Other duties may be assigned as required
