WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: This position directly supports our warehouses and customers with the execution of all general transportation duties traditional to 3rd party logistics (3PL) firms. Daily responsibilities include maintaining successful relationships with clients and coordinating transport related documentation. To succeed in this fast-paced environment, you must be: · A motivated self-starter & a team Player! · Able to think quickly and effectively on your feet · Maintain a professional approach when communicating with customers · Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner · Communicate and coordinate with all NEXgistics operations · Prepare and review shipping documents · Resolve any challenges presented by delayed shipments · Follow existing processes (and suggest new ones) to help improve efficiency and accuracy · Most importantly - remain calm while balancing a dynamic workload Prompt responsiveness by every member of our Customer Service team ensures NEXgistics’ high standards of service excellence are always met.
