Host/Server

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional guest service in a hospitality setting. Duties - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with tact and efficiency - Operate POS systems to process payments Skills - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests - Strong guest relations abilities to enhance the overall dining experience - Customer service-oriented mindset with a willingness to help guests - Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices - Proficiency in phone etiquette for reservations and inquiries - Prior experience in food service or hotel settings is advantageous Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Physical Setting: Casual dining restaurant Fast casual restaurant Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Ability to Relocate: Tomball, TX 77375: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
