(Mileage reimbursement is provided at $0.62 per mile).Position Summary:As a College Promotional Sales Representative, you will represent Balfour & Co. at on-campus events, helping students place their graduation orders and promoting our products. You'll be the friendly, professional face of our brand during these milestone moments.Compensation & Schedule:$20 hourMileage reimbursement: $0.62/mileEvents typically last 4 to 10 hoursThis is a part-time, seasonal, event-based positionSeasons run February-May and August-DecemberMonday-Friday availability requiredLong-term, seasonal returners highly preferredRegional travel is requiredKey Responsibilities:Engage with groups of students to share Balfour's product offeringsAssist customers with placing orders using iPads and other tech toolsSet up, organize, and break down displays at event sitesAchieve sales goals during campus eventsBuild positive relationships with college staff and bookstore partnersSubmit orders accurately and report event results to managementDistribute promotional signage on campusQualifications:2-3 years of sales or customer service experienceHigh school diploma or GED required; some college preferredComfortable using iPads and mobile internet toolsProfessional, well-groomed appearanceOutgoing, reliable, and self-motivatedAble to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the eventMust be comfortable speaking to large groupsPunctual, organized, and dependableMust follow the required business casual dress code and be able to wear a neutral-colored mask if neededAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipRegional travel is required.Willingness to travel to NYC and New Jersey is a plusWho Should Apply?This opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to supplement their income with a flexible weekday role.
