This position plays a key role in keeping our operation running efficiently by ensuring equipment is reliable, safe, and ready for daily use.You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with employees across the location to support production and maintain a clean and safe work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose & Repair pickups, trucks, tractors, loaders, feed trucks, and other agricultural equipmentPerform Preventative Maintenance on fleet vehicles and farm machineryMaintain Maintenance Records and audit daily equipment logsManage Inventory of tools, parts, lubricants, and shop suppliesSupport shop safety, cleanliness, and livestock-area biosecurity standardsParticipate and work collaboratively with other employees at the locationQualificationsMinimum two years of verifiable experience in vehicle or equipment maintenance, preferably in agricultural or industrial settingsStrong mechanical knowledge of repair methods, tools, and materialsAbility to diagnose and repair mechanical issues across mixed fleetsAbility to read, interpret, communicate, and apply information from manuals, safety guidelines, and maintenance documentsWhy Join Us?Stable, year-round work in a critical agricultural industrySupportive team environment
