Financial Analyst*CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO ST. LOUIS, MO*Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic growth initiatives through detailed financial analysis, pricing insights, and data-driven recommendations. This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, optimize margins, and support budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze financial data to support forecasting and business performance evaluationIdentify discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure data accuracyBuild and maintain financial models for budgeting, valuation, and scenario analysisAnalyze pricing, cost structures, and margin performance to support revenue optimizationPrepare financial reports and presentations for management and leadershipConduct trend analysis on revenue, expenses, and operational performancePerform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and “what-if” modelingProvide recommendations for financial planning, cost optimization, and investment decisionsCollaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure data integrityMeasure post-implementation results against projections and identify improvement opportunities QualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial dataProcess-driven with strong organizational skillsAbility to clearly communicate financial insights to stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsAbility to understand business drivers and industry trendsCurious mindset with the ability to follow issues through to resolution
