We power mission-critical payment processing platforms used by merchants and partners across the U.S.We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support our accounting operations.This role focuses on handling more complex reconciliations, supporting the close process, and helping ensure consistency and accuracy across accounting workflows. You'll work closely with the Accounting Supervisor and leadership while also serving as a reliable resource for the team.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle more complex reconciliations across settlement accounts, ACH, wires, and processor activityPrepare and review journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy and completenessSupport month-end and quarter-end close processesInvestigate discrepancies and resolve issues related to settlement or billing activityReview reports and identify unusual trends or inconsistenciesAssist in improving organization and consistency across accounting workflowsSupport junior team members by answering questions and helping troubleshoot issuesAssist with audit requests and reporting as neededRequired Qualifications3+ years of accounting experienceStrong understanding of reconciliations, general ledger, and close processesAdvanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasetsExperience in high-volume or transaction-heavy environments (payments/fintech is a plus)Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a teamStrong communication skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldSalaryThis role includes biannual profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and other benefits.Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000Salary including biannual profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $73,725 - $ 97,725LOCATION: This role requires the employee to work fully onsite at our Anaheim Hills location.WHY WORK HERE?Awarded Top Workplace of Orange County by the OC Register!Flex PTO!New state-of-the-art, open-concept facility with stand-up desks, balance boards, stationary bikes, and more!Work hard, play hard culture!Monthly Beer Socials and BBQs!Proven "promote from within" mentality!Benefit offerings: Medical, dental, vision, acupuncture, and chiropractic401k Safe Harbor; 100% employer match processed semi-monthly, up to 4%Profit Sharing; paid on a biannual basisSalary: $65000 - $75000 per year
