We are currently hiring for a Service Crew worker who will assist management in maintaining adequate support of manufacturing, production, and maintenance including tank cleanout and cleanup of spills and clean up in other areas as required.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesEmployee must pass a fitness for duty test, drug screen and submit to a TB test on a post offer employment physical.Observe all company policies, rules, procedures, regulations and preform all duties assigned by management in a safe efficient manner.Cleans mixers and tanks as needed.Cleans overflow out of spill containment areas.Follows confined space entry, PPE and lockout-tagout procedures.Cleans spills on site and at customer facilities.Maintain and safeguard all documents and or quality records that may be used or generated in preforming job responsibilities of service crew pursuant to quality procedures QMS 4.2.3, control of documents and QMS 4.2.4, control of records.Works safely and follows all safety procedures.Maintains a high level of housekeeping in assigned area.Interact with quality assurance as needed to ensure continuity and compliance with quality management system procedures.Work while wearing PPE including full or half face respirator.Work is performed onsite. No remote work offered for this position.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong communication skills.Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.License to operate forklift.Wear personal protective equipment as required.Ability to work in small, confined spaces.Ability to abide by lockout/tagout procedures.Ability to wear a respirator while working including full and half face masks so face will have to be clean shaven at all times.Ability to operate a forklift.Required Education And ExperienceHigh School Diploma, preferred but not requiredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods standing, walking or driving a forklift.Ability to carry heavy loads of up to 50 pounds or more, while lifting, pushing, reaching, or pulling.Ability to pass a respirator certification and wear appropriate respiratory protective equipment as necessary.Must maintain a clean-shaven face at all times due to respiratory protective equipment requirements. Required to work in confined spaces that can require prolonged periods of squatting or bending.Work in an uncontrolled environmental setting where temperatures can be extremely cold, hot or humid depending on the outside temperatures.Work in an environment where there can be unexpected, sudden loud noises, beeping backup alarms, flashing lights and sudden movements.Work ScheduleMonday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.Overtime required as business needs dictate.Work environment is on site.
