About the role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Business Solution Analyst. The ideal person will be responsible to lead enterprise-scale Payments programs spanning in-store, ecommerce, and omnichannel payment platforms. Drive secure, compliant, and reliable delivery of payment capabilities while coordinating across technology, security, and business teams.
Essential Functions
Own complex Payments programs including card present/not present, digital wallets, gateways, processors, and fraud platforms
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, Finance, and external payment vendors
Drive end-to-end program planning including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
Ensure alignment with PCI-DSS, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Support roadmap planning, release management, and platform modernization initiatives
Own release readiness, production cutover coordination, and post-release validation for payment launches
Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to security, compliance, and transaction reliability
Promote best practices for secure, scalable, and resilient payment delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of Program Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Program Management experience
Proven experience delivering enterprise payments or financial transaction platforms at scale
Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including gateways, processors, acquiring flows, fraud tools, and digital wallets
Hands-on experience managing security, compliance, and regulatory-driven initiatives
Experience working in Agile and scaled Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead high-risk, high-visibility programs
Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
Willingness to work in PST hours
Preferred Experience
Experience within retail or consumer commerce environments
Familiarity with modern payment architecture and platform modernization programs
Experience working with North American retail organizations
