Mailroom Specialist

Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Job Title: Mailroom SpecialistJob Location: Parma, OH (Onsite with free parking)Job Duration: 3 Months contractShift: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, M-FNote: Seeking candidates for High end sorting of mail. Experience with Records management to include printing and insertion. There is walking, bending, and twisting needed and ability to lift 20 pounds. Must be able to use a computer but skills and programs are taught. Work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate written, verbally and in writing in English language.Physical RequirementsWalking, bending, and twistingAbility to lift up to 20 poundsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentSkills & QualificationsExperience with records management (printing and insertion)Basic computer usage (training provided for specific programs)Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)ResponsibilitiesOperate high-end equipment (segment 5+): press, copier, bindery, fulfillment, QC, final check, pickup/delivery, facility maintenance, mailroom dutiesFollow Ricoh Service Excellence performance requirementsProvide copy and mail center services, conference room/AV management, and support servicesPrepare, inspect, compile, and assemble projects accurately and on timeMeet deadlines while maintaining quality and error-free workTrack productivity and meet facility standardsMaintain reporting tools and documentationCalibrate equipment for color and quality consistencyTransfer files electronically to color equipmentTroubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform basic machine maintenance (clear jams, refill toner, replace oil, etc.)Maintain professional appearance and organized workspaceManage inventory of equipment parts per company guidelinesEnsure punctual attendance and work scheduled hours/overtime as neededValidate job requests, organize supplies, and follow instructions accuratelyPerform servicing and repair procedures including diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on complex office productsDemonstrate digital competencies for assigned productsComplete technical training on new equipment as assignedPerform other duties as requiredMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
