IT Desktop Support Technician (Junior)

Job Description:Laptop/desktop imaging & driver/BIOS updatesSetting appointments with users to handover new devices & take existing devices Excellent customer service/communication skillsComplete at a minimum the following customer appointment tasks during the hardware exchange:Signing into the deviceSigning into zScalerSigning into M365 and having data sync from the CloudMapping network drivesSetting up printersInstalling any custom softwareCopying over any local data (ie. Browser favorites, files saved to HDD etc.)Skills/Experience:Desktop support: 1 year (Required)ImagingWe need a couple people in the office to image machines and complete the new device handovers and finish the setup tasks with the user.
