Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Crate Builder to join our team. This role involves constructing wooden crates and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Follow blueprints to assemble wooden crates and boxesUse templates to accurately position boardsOperate power drills to drill holes and fasten pre-cut woodUse nail guns and a variety of hand tools safely and effectivelyMeasure materials accurately using a tape measureAssist saw operators as neededMaintain adequate supplies and keep the work area clean and organizedQualifications:Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tapeExperience using power tools, nail guns, and hand tools preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Ability to bend, stoop, and twist regularlyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs independentlyCompany DescriptionAt Catawba Valley Staffing, we are really proud to have so many referrals and so many employees who return to us for the next career move.
