Transaction Coordinator

Founded in 2012, we're revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on the Contract to Close team that oversees all administrative details throughout the contract process, freeing agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their business. Our Transaction team members are experienced in real estate and serve as the first point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring a smooth path to settlement. From document preparation to deadline tracking to requesting online testimonials, your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way. You will also work hand in hand with local lenders and title attorneys, bringing extensive experience and strong industry contacts to each and every contract you process.Please Note - This position will require you to be in the local office 2x per monthAt Compass You Will:Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements - averaging roughly 25-30 closings per monthEnsure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the detailsManage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are metNavigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission recordsProvide support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculationsCollaborate with sales managers, and other support teams to offer outstanding support to the agentsWhat We're Looking For:FL Real Estate License Required5+ years of real estate activity in this marketStrong knowledge of the real estate laws in Florida and familiarity with standard real estate forms used in FloridaIn-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance -DocuSign, Google Suite, CTMStrong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on contentAbility to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent's contract dataWork independently and collaboratively in a team environmentCustomer service-oriented personalityImpeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skillsB.A. or B.S. degree preferredPerks that You Need to Know About:Participation in our incentive programs (which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions).
