Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for MES/MOM applications.Support production operations and gather IT/OT requirements.Troubleshoot MES-related issues involving production orders, WIP tracking, traceability, and quality data collection.Support machine connectivity using OPC UA, MQTT, and industrial communication protocols.Investigate and resolve data gaps, latency, and production signal issues.Coordinate with plant engineering, controls, automation, and IT teams.Support OT network connectivity, cybersecurity, and vendor remote access.Assist with SMT line commissioning and MES implementation activities.Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment support.Participate in FAT, SAT, production go-live, and hypercare support activities.Coordinate with equipment vendors such as Fuji, Omron, and Yamaha.
