In this role, you'll lead daily CNC operations, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency. You'll set up, program, and operate CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards. If you're looking for a workplace where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your contributions truly matter, Steel Tool & Engineering is the place to be.What's Needed From A Senior CNC Machinist Manufacturing Team Lead?We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications:5+ years of CNC machining experience with strong G-code knowledgeLeadership experience in manufacturingAbility to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skills for machining, tooling, and programming issuesProficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMsFamiliarity with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, or similarBasic computer skills for documentation and ERP systemsAbility to lift 4050 lbs and stand for extended periodsMulti-axis machining, CAD/CAM programming, Lean/5S knowledge, and experience training teams are preferred.Don't wait to take the next step in your career.
