To Apply for this Job Click HereSr.End User Engineer (AVD / Nerdio / Horizon)Location: Remote (U.S. – must align to Central Time hours)OverviewWe are seeking a Senior End User Engineer to support a high-impact initiative focused on migrating applications from on-premise data centers to cloud-based virtual desktop environmentsThis role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Nerdio, and VMware Horizon/Omnissa, who can help build, implement, and scale a growing virtual desktop environment.This is not a maintenance role — this is an opportunity to help stand up and shape an evolving AVD environment while partnering closely with internal teams to establish best practices and accelerate adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environmentsConfigure and manage Nerdio for AVD optimization and automationSupport VMware Horizon / Omnissa environments and published applicationsMigrate applications from on-premise to cloud-based virtual platformsDeliver scalable virtual desktop and application delivery solutionsPartner with internal engineering teams to establish best practices and standardsProvide hands-on support across both engineering and operational activitiesHelp drive adoption and maturity of virtual desktop capabilitiesRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in end-user computing / desktop engineeringStrong hands-on experience with:Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)NerdioVMware Horizon / Omnissa (EUC side)Experience with published applications / virtual app deliveryStrong background in Windows OS and end-user environmentsExperience supporting or implementing cloud migration initiativesBachelor's degree requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated environmentsExposure to Epic or similar enterprise platformsFamiliarity with environments involving PII / HIPAA-style controlsExperience with Citrix (as a complementary skillset)To Apply for this Job Click HereEqual Employment Opportunity StatementGravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
