Unit Notes Department: PTGeneral Certification Requirements :BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: Texas and national license Common diagnosis / Types of patients: SNF- General, wounds, ortho, neuro, Debility Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Critical Access: Op all dx, IP: Acute/Obs/Skilled/woundcare/Vacs- All dx What areas are they required to cover? IP/OP Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Wound care experience is preferred but not required.
