Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Sales Consultant based in Dade City, FL. Responsibilities include assisting prospective buyers with the home-buying process, providing information about available homes and communities, building lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the sales process, and working effectively to meet or exceed sales goals. The consultant will also facilitate negotiations and attend periodic training sessions to stay informed about market trends and company offerings. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience for homebuyers.Experience in New Home Sales and Sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.Proficiency in Negotiation techniques to create mutually beneficial agreements.Ability to conduct and participate in Training for continuous improvement and knowledge retention.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and lasting relationships with clients.Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.Some real estate or sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain necessary licensure is a plus.Proficiency in using technology tools and software to manage customer interactions and track progress.
