Based in Marshalltown, IA location, you will provide in-person factory based training, at Impact Partner offices or customer sites. The Instructor will also be delivering trainings both virtually/remotely. In this role, the individual will update existing and develop new course materials following IACET guidelines and best practice adult learning theory. *Relocation assistance available for selected non-local candidate.As An Education Services Instructor, You WillConduct scheduled training sessions at Marshalltown campus, customer sites, sales representative offices, and regional training centersContribute and collaborate with partners on improving course curriculum, student materials, and hands-on workshopsAssist with the preparation of all necessary instructional materials and equipment for classesWork closely with Division product teams to develop and maintain a high degree of technical expertise on assigned topics, product offerings, and related process control equipmentWho You AreYou adjust communication to fit the audience and the message. You use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions.
