This organization specializes in large-scale commercial and institutional builds and offers career stability, advancement opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and perform commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical installations using sound judgment and technical expertiseLead and mentor a team of up to 8 electricians, apprentices, and laborersPlan and lay out daily installation activities, ensuring quality and safety complianceRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation drawingsCoordinate conduit, cable tray, and large cable pull installationsOversee installation of switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, fire alarm, and control systemsUtilize construction technology such as PlanGrid , Bluebeam , and Navisworks for project documentation and coordinationComplete project-specific reporting such as foreman logs, timecards, and performance evaluationsImplement prefabrication and modular assemblies where applicableEnsure adherence to NEC codes, QA/QC standards, and company policiesWhat You Bring:Proven experience in commercial or healthcare electrical construction, ideally in a foreman or lead roleStrong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage crews and coordinate with superintendentsAbility to plan, schedule, and assign daily work activitiesSolid understanding of electrical systems, materials, and construction processesTech-savvy mindset with comfort using tablets and field software toolsPhysical Requirements:This position requires regular activity in varying jobsite conditions including heat, cold, and confined spaces.
