The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, and troubleshooting control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. The role involves collaborating with clients to implement process control solutions, upgrading existing systems, performing system diagnostics, and ensuring that all electrical and motion control systems meet operational requirements. The selected candidate will also support installation, testing, and maintenance efforts to optimize manufacturing processes.QualificationsExperience in Process Control and PLC Programming, focusing on system design and optimizationExperience in Ignition SCADA, Databases (SQL) and Python a MUST.Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and their application in automation systemsProficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving issues in control systems and electrical equipmentExperience with Instrumentation and Motor ControlsSolid understanding of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systemsPreferred qualifications include knowledge of legacy system upgrades, facility audits, and industrial communication protocolsAbility to work on-site effectively and collaborate with internal and external teams
