The Interim Director will be accountable for the overall performance of the department and must be prepared to start within a short timeframe.Applicants for the Interim Director position must have a BSN, with a master's degree strongly preferred, and an active RN license. A minimum of 7 years' clinical nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, is required. The role demands a leader who can effectively manage the challenges of an interim position, driving necessary changes and improvements within the department.
