As part of our HBI / Wincord team, you will manage online listings, optimize digital presence across key e-commerce platforms, and oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. You will analyze sales data, lead digital projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hickory, NC.QualificationsStrong Analytical and Project Management skills to evaluate performance metrics, interpret data, and coordinate e-commerce activitiesProficiency in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to enhance visibility and optimize online platformsExcellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholdersPrevious experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, DTC) is highly desirableProven ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environmentFamiliarity with the manufacturing or OEM industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer science, design, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
