With tremendous growth comes exciting opportunity! We are looking to add an experienced Estimator to our estimating team. Position Purpose: The Estimator is responsible for working collaboratively with Project Teams, Sub-Contractors, and Sales determining projected time frame needed to complete a project, labor, material, and budget. The Estimator works directly with Subcontractors / Supplies obtaining bids/quotes on materials and services needed for various commercial projects.Contractors, and Sales determining projected time frame needed to complete a project, labor, material, and budget. Position Summary: The primary job of the Estimator is developing and maintaining relationships with Sub-Contractor / Suppliers, creating, and analyzing cost estimates and project budgets, managing project costs, communicating effectively with both internal and external project team members.
