Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Must be reliable and punctual!!! Must work as a TEAM Host up to $25 an hour Responsibilities: - Greet guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly - Manage waitlists efficiently - Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism - Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed - Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service flow - Communicate with all team members to ensure efficient shift operation. -Talk to guest and contribute to the experience. -Quote wait times properly and ensure guests are notified of additional delays. -Acknowledge guests who seem to be irritated by a long wait or other challenges at the front door or waiting area. -Have a thorough knowledge of seating layout of the restaurant. - Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area -Thank each guest and welcome them to return. Experience - Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Familiarity with Toast POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Knowledge of guest services and relations is beneficial Join our team as a Host/Host to create memorable dining experiences for our guests in a welcoming atmosphere.
