We offerlong-term stability, consistent production schedules, and amission-driven manufacturing environment. **Job Summary:** The QualityControl Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Departmentmaintains each vehicle to Lenco specifications during all steps of themanufacturing process up to and including the finished product. Thisrole enhances, implements, and manages our quality control systems toensure every vehicle meets the highest standards of safety andperformance. **What You\'ll Do:** - Supervise, assist, and direct thework of all Quality Control staff - Oversee the inspection and testingof vehicles before, during, and after the manufacturing process -Complete inspections within the shop area, parking area, and on the roadto ensure road readiness - Test vehicles to ensure they are properlymanufactured in accordance with Work Order specifications - Inspect,accept, or reject both internally and vendor-purchased products asnecessary - Partner with the Production Manager and Engineering Managerto achieve efficient repairs and process improvements - Develop QualityControl policies and recommend new procedures to improve efficiency andquality - Manage all documentation of inspection sheets, certificates,receipts, and critical vehicle dimensions - Adhere to and carry outexisting Lenco practices, safety policies, and environmental guidelinesWhat We\'re Looking For:** - 8 to 10 years of Quality-relatedexperience in a manufacturing environment - Technical ability to readwork orders, interpret specifications, and gauge product quality -Experience with managing a Quality Management Systems (QMS) - Provenability to design and implement process improvements to enhance overallefficiency - Ability to work in an efficient and timely manner to meetcritical production deadlines - Leadership skills necessary to manage,mentor, and direct a diverse QC team **Why Work at Lenco:** -Professional role with a direct impact on operational efficiency -Stable, full-time work with a growing company - Purpose-driven productsthat protect first responders and military personnel - Modern office andmanufacturing environment - Long-term career growth within a growingU.S. manufacturer
