Bartender/Mixologist

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and beverages while providing outstanding customer service in a vibrant restaurant environment. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience. Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Engage with customers, providing recommendations based on their preferences and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours. Continuously update knowledge of drink trends, menu items, and brewing techniques to enhance offerings. Experience Previous experience in bartending or mixology is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices within a restaurant setting is an asset.
