Michigan HSE Manager

A company is looking for an HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients in the Detroit area. Key Responsibilities Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental initiatives Manage regulatory compliance and develop risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks Monitor incident reports and provide recommendations for risk prevention and compliance improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Additional certifications as required by local authorities Leadership skills to motivate teams and improve departmental effectiveness In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to handle sensitive information and convey performance expectations
