Your RoleOur Property Managers have full ownership of the physical assets and financial performance of the community, creating a desirable community with a strong emphasis on excellence in customer service and leadership.What You Will DoMaintains a high-quality on-site team through effective coaching/training, communication, and overall leadership to ensure the team is fulfilling their highest potentialCollaborates with the leasing team to ensure all social media outlets are regularly utilized and develops a marketing plan and sales strategiesLeads daily/weekly inspirational team meetings with the goal to exceed and be the best in a competitive marketMaintains thorough product knowledge of the community and competition Interacts with residents with the highest level of customer serviceEnsures that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safeInspects grounds, buildings, and apartments regularlyImplements all policies and procedures outlined in the company policiesReads and understands financial reports and budgets of the communityUnderstands economic occupancy as compared to the vacancy rate on each property and how delinquent rent payments will significantly cut into economic occupancyUses sound financial knowledge to successfully lease up every communityUnderstands key financial terminologyUses financial reports to determine and act upon needsUnderstands how to use metrics to drive resultsWhat You Will BringThree years or more of Property Manager experience preferredProperty lease up experience preferredMust have strong leadership and team building skillsAbility to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varyingDetail-oriented with a sense of urgencyDemonstrates a positive “can do” demeanor, takes pride in achieving results and has a self-starter mindsetIND1What We OfferGreat benefits, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision, behavioral health and more) on the first of the month following 30 days of employment401(k) Savings Plan (4% employer match; 100% vested immediately)Company paid life insurance (1x base salary)Paid Time Off package with a carryover provisionTraining and career development opportunitiesCompany Apparel Store allowanceWho We AreDavis Development is a privately owned luxury apartment developer and property management company with 25+ years in the industry and a best-in-class reputation.
