Security Officer(part-time)

Job Overview As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. You will play a crucial role in preventing theft, violence, and other illegal activities. Duties - Conduct surveillance of the premises to ensure security - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors - Patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or criminal activity - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Write reports on property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences - Liaise with law enforcement when necessary - Operate CCTV systems to monitor activities Requirements - Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred - Proficiency in conflict management techniques - CPR and First Aid certification is a plus - Familiarity with CCTV systems Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week Schedule: 12 hour shift Work Location: In person
