Our client is seeking a Cisco Meraki Network Implementation & Support Engineer to support network deployments, upgrades, and ongoing infrastructure needs across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Meraki Dashboard, switches, security appliances, and wireless infrastructure, along with strong networking fundamentals.This is a hands-on technical role with significant coordination responsibilities. The engineer willconfigure and deploy network equipment, troubleshoot connectivity issues, coordinate with vendors, field technicians, and ISPs, and manage installations from equipment ordering through final validation.Location: Dover, DE preferred; Newark or North Wilmington, DE consideredSchedule: 1–2 days onsite per week, based on deployment needsDuration: Long-term contract with potential for indefinite extensionRequirementsHands-on Cisco Meraki experienceMeraki Dashboard, switches, security appliances, and/or wireless experienceKnowledge of TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, WAN, and Internet connectivityExperience staging, configuring, deploying, or replacing network equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating with vendors, field technicians, ISPs, and remote locationsStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple deployments simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a network engineering teamAbility to work onsite 1–2 days per week as needed
