Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)

Description
A Fleet Auto Mechanic performs routine maintenance and complex repairs on a variety of company-owned vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. This role supports operational efficiency by minimizing vehicle downtime and proactively identifying mechanical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct preventative maintenance (oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, inspections)
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools
Repair engines, transmissions, braking systems, and suspension components
Maintain accurate service records and repair logs
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with management on repair timelines and parts ordering
Perform emergency repairs to keep fleet operations running.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an automotive or fleet mechanic
Strong knowledge of diesel and/or gasoline engines
Ability to use diagnostic equipment and repair tools
ASE certification (preferred)
Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
