The role involves coordinating outreach events, public education sessions, community partnerships, and communication efforts to help Medicaid members understand program changes and available support services.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, Human Services, or related field3–5 years of community outreach or public engagement experience preferredStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skillsExperience with outreach reporting and event coordinationHealthcare, government, or human services experience is a plusBilingual or multilingual skills strongly preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed
