Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability, and Paid Time Off / Holiday, 401(k), along with additional voluntary benefits, are available to all full-time employees at INSPIRE./ppWe are seeking an AV Technician to work at The Renaissance Nashville in Nashville, TN./ph3What You Would Do:/h3ulliPrep, set, and strike audiovisual equipment and keep inventory updated at all times/liliConsistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion/liliOperate AV equipment with a full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications/liliDetermine equipment shortages while preparing the equipment order and offer substitutions/liliKeep open lines of communication with management at all times/liliFollow strict guidelines and a rigid schedule/liliProfessionally represent INSPIRE and follow grooming and attire policies in place/liliContinue our long-standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staff/liliWork in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is always appreciated/liliProtect company equipment as if it were your own, and report any damage to the respective personnel/liliMaintain a clean and safe working environment at all times/liliAny other duties that are assigned/li/ulh3What Your Background Should Be:/h3ulliExperienced with audiovisual technology/liliStrong customer service and overall communication skills/liliYou can lift at least 50 pounds on your own/li/ulh3What We Always Look For:/h3ulliA self-starter who can lead but also works well with others/liliAn excellent organizer, good communicator, and motivator/liliService-oriented individuals who are always willing to help the team/liliA hard worker who doesnt mind working long hours and holidays/liliFlexibility-someone who can handle change well/li/ul/div
