This role requires a strong blend of deep technical expertise, leadership, and accountability , with a primary focus on building and maintaining enterprise-grade business applications.The ideal candidate is a credible technical leader who leads by example through coding, mentoring, and sound decision-making, while maintaining high standards for quality and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern technologiesAct as a hands-on technical leader , contributing significantly to coding efforts (approximately 70–80%)Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to development team membersCollaborate with product, QA, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutionsDrive architecture decisions, design patterns, and best practices across the teamOwn delivery outcomes, including quality, timelines, and overall executionEnsure adherence to secure coding practices and development standardsParticipate in problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimizationQuickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies, including modern AI-enabled development toolsRequired Qualifications10–20 years of professional software engineering experienceProven experience in a technical leadership or lead engineering roleStrong hands-on experience with:C# / .NET (backend development)JavaScript and modern UI developmentSolid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principlesExperience building and supporting enterprise/business applicationsDemonstrated xywuqvp ability to mentor engineers and influence technical directionStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressureExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with React or modern front-end frameworksExposure to cloud platforms (preferably Azure)Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation)Understanding of application security best practicesExperience working in domains such as supply chain, inventory management, or merchandising systems
