Title: Project Manager / HR Applications Location: Raleigh, NC or Franklin, TN Position Type: Contract Compensation: Pay Range: $70.00-$75.00 Per Hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead HR technology projects in the North American region. This contract role involves coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity and risk guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR application projects and a strong understanding of risk management processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage HR technology projects, including implementations and integrations. Develop and maintain detailed status reports and logs. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to meet project timelines. Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks and compliance protocols. Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and risks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5 years of project management experience focused on IT projects. Experience managing projects involving HR Benefits or Sales/Front Office applications. Experience leading cross-functional teams with external consultants or vendors. Knowledge of IT risk management practices, especially application certification processes.
