Counselor

Growing therapy business seeking all levels of professional counselors, including interns, PPCs, LPCs, LCSWs, etc.Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide counseling and therapy services to clients in individual, group, or family settings Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care for clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health counselingQualificationsInternship, provisional or licensed professionals in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Valid license to practice as an intern, PPC, LPC, or other applicable title in the State of Wyoming Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health conditionsIf you are passionate about helping others improve their mental well-being and meet the qualifications described above, we encourage you to apply for this position.
