About the Opportunity
Asheville Dental Associates is seeking a Part-Time Endodontist to help us expand in-house specialty services, improve continuity of care for our patients, and support the long-term growth of our organization. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an endodontic program within an established, high‑performing general practice, with strong internal referral flow and long‑term potential for expansion.
Schedule
Part‑Time (2 days/week):
Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Lunch 1:00 – 2:00 PM)
Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (No lunch)
What You’ll Do
Perform endodontic consultations and root canal therapy for internal referrals
Collaborate closely with general dentists to ensure continuity of care
Help design and implement efficient endodontic workflows and scheduling protocols
Provide input on equipment, supplies, and operatory setup (including microscope selection)
Contribute to building a scalable specialty program with long‑term growth potential
What We’re Looking For
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an Endodontic Residency Program
Experienced Endodontists preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
Interest in contributing to practice growth and program development
Support & Resources
Dedicated dental assistant assigned to support endodontic procedures
Existing operatories with available chair time on designated days
Established internal referral base from a strong general practice
