Security Lead with Security Clearance

This is a unique opportunity to join a small and high-performing team committed to delivering cloud platforms for exciting missions.As Security Lead, you will oversee the full security lifecycle for information systems, guiding risk assessments, certification and accreditation, compliance with DoD/IC regulations, and ensuring continuous operational security posture at both customer sites and internal operations. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: -Engage with leadership and clients to coordinate security architecture, policy compliance, and remediation strategiesLead security exercises, readiness reviews, and tabletop drillsTrain and mentor junior security engineers, analysts, and contractor staffImplement and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with RMF, DoD, and IC guidelinesEvaluate and manage security configurations for systems, software, and hardware, including patching, scanning, and vulnerability remediationMonitor, respond to, and document cyber threats, IAVAs, and security incidents across enterprise environmentsAdminister access controls and authentication mechanisms while ensuring continuous improvement in information assurance practices REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: -Minimum 10 years of cyber/information security experienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fieldDemonstrated technical proficiency in RMF processes, A&A toolsets and secure system operationsProficiency in threat and vulnerability management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: -Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or IAM II -Experience managing accreditation packages for cross‑domain solutions, cloud environments, or tactical systemsExcellent communication skills for interfacing with clients and leadership on security posture and risk SALARY RANGE: $140-180,000 This salary range is an hourly exempt (exempt from overtime) position.
