This role is essential in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while also supporting internal operations, staff credentialing, and company branding initiatives.This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM position with a comprehensive benefits package.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all new client inquiries, providing a welcoming and supportive experienceGuide families through the intake process, including onboarding and initial authorization periodsCoordinate and manage onboarding and credentialing for all staff, including Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and administrative team membersTrack and manage client authorizations to ensure there are no lapses in coverage or servicesMonitor assessment timelines and ensure BCBAs remain on track with required evaluationsProvide ongoing administrative and operational support to BCBAs and staffDesign company flyers, marketing materials, and internal graphicsMaintain and ensure consistency in company branding across all materials and platformsManage and coordinate company swag and branded materialsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records across systemsQualifications:Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCreative skills with experience in graphic design or branding preferredExperience in healthcare, ABA services, or a related field preferredFamiliarity with insurance authorization processes is a plusBenefits & Schedule:Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off Supportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for growth and advancement
