Your Qualifications High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) with additional training such as Associates Degree, Advanced Manufacturing Certificate, or Technical Trade Certification. 5+ years of experience in the set-up of injection molding equipment. Strong foundational math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments. A "can-do" attitude towards completing job assignments, even with varying schedules and hours. Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and convey technical information. Good understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain injection molding equipment. Ability to work with minimum supervision, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills. A proven track record of positive work performance and a positive attitude towards challenges. Willingness to accept responsibility for tasks and be accountable for the quality and efficiency of the injection molding process. As a Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician on our night shift, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of injection molding equipment. Your primary duties will include: Setting up and adjusting injection molding machines. Monitoring and controlling the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
