Job DescriptionLicensure/Certification Qualifications:Hospitalist Opportunity (Days)Fargo, NDPRACTICE SPECIFICS Our Ideal Candidate : An adaptable, collaborative, team-player, looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care.Team Composition : Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20+ full-time hospitalists and NP support.Hospital Information : 140 Beds, Closed ICUPatient Load : Manage an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist.Procedures : No procedures required.Support : Access specialty and 24/7 intensivist support.Shift:Daytime HospitalistScheduling : 7/7 on & off.Flexible shifts and scheduling options.REQUIREMENTS BC/BE Internal MedicineBC/BE Family Medicinewith a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience, or completion of a Hospitalist FellowshipLOCATION Geography : Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.Proximity : 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.Community : Fargo-Moorhead population over 200,000, offering a high quality of life with affordable living, excellent schools, and diverse recreational opportunities.Service Area : Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.COMPENSATION $351,000.
