Position Overview: We are seeking a highly capable Electrical Superintendent to oversee the successful execution of electrical projects, ranging from medium to large scale, depending on size and complexity. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and multi-family electrical projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of one or two electrical projects concurrently, ensuring all tasks are completed according to project plans and specifications. Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical subcontractors and crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site and ready for use in accordance with project timelines. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality control, and compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize project efficiency. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project plans and specifications. Prepare and submit accurate daily reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required. Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site personnel, clients, and subcontractors, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear communication at all times. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects. Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects from start to finish, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Florida electrical codes and regulations (Florida license preferred). Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently when necessary. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
