Job Description We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. The 300+ market-rate apartment community is located in Hamilton Township, NJ (08619).Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryAssist with apartment turns/emptiesCarpentry - tile work, appliance repairsLight plumbing and electricalOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessaryQualifications:Previous experience in multifamily maintenanceFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-oriented
