You will lead AI-first development practices, build harnesses that let agents generate and manage code, and push the team toward AI-native engineering paradigms.The product is fintech-grade. Think modern broker or neobank UX, built on top of on-chain infrastructure.Needed:-> Strong React and TypeScript, proven track record shipping production-grade applications-> Deeply engaged with AI tools, agents, and workflows, not just curious about them-> High output, builder mindset, obsessed with speed and leverage-> Comfortable integrating with complex APIs and backend systemsBonus if you've built fintech or trading interfaces, or have DeFi exposure.Remote, Europe or UK preferred.
