Build trusted relationships through financial planning, life protection, retirement, and investment solutions.
Serve as an advisor to clients on strategies for financial security and wealth building.
Lead and develop your own team of Financial Professionals after your initial advisory phase.
Continuously pursue additional licenses and designations (company provides study materials & covers exam fees).
Qualifications
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Desire to develop expertise and lead others.
Willingness to obtain Life & Health license and FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63).
Entrepreneurial mindset and long-term career vision.
