Job Title - Full Stack + GenAI EngineeringLocation – Iselin NJ OnsiteAI & AIOps Solution Architecture – Architect AI-driven transformation and AIOps solutions for client environments, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and operational intelligence.Application Modernization & Automation – Transform monolithic applications and traditional operational processes by identifying automation opportunities and implementing intelligent, AI-powered solutions.Hands-on AI/ML & Agentic Development – Design and develop solutions using traditional ML, GenAI, RAG, and agentic frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph, with Python-based implementation.Observability, Infrastructure & Data Integration – Integrate observability platforms, databases, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and monitoring tools to build data-driven and intelligent operational solutions.End-to-End Client Delivery & Technical Leadership – Work directly with clients from requirements and solution design through architecture, PoC, hands-on development, implementation, and production delivery, ensuring measurable business value.
