Job Description Join Our Team as a Plumbing Foreman / Lead Plumber at Breakthrough MEP – Denver Metro (On-site)Breakthrough MEP is a growing commercial plumbing contractor specializing in multifamily, hospitality, and light commercial construction. We're hiring a Working Plumbing Foreman to lead crews, maintain production, and deliver high-quality installations on active jobsites in the Denver Metro area.This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced plumber who can run a crew, read plans, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.Pay & BenefitsCompetitive pay commensurate with experience and licensureHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offEducational assistance programCareer advancement opportunities (Foreman → Superintendent)What You'll DoLead daily commercial plumbing installation workSupervise helpers, apprentices, and subcontract laborRead construction plans and specificationsPlan daily tasks and keep crews productiveCoordinate materials, tools, and jobsite logisticsPerform quality checks to ensure code complianceMaintain a safe jobsite and enforce PPE requirementsCommunicate with project managers, inspectors, and GCsProvide daily documentation and photos (Procore preferred)What We're Looking For5+ years of plumbing construction experience Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader. We will also consider strong Lead Plumbers or Journeyman Plumbers who are ready to grow into a Foreman role Experience with multifamily, apartment, hotel, or commercial construction projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate crews on site Ability to manage daily production, schedules, and job site workflow Knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and job site safety practices OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Experience using Procore or similar construction management software preferred Journeyman plumbing license or ability to obtain within 6 months required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet project deadlines Spanish/English bilingual is a plusWork EnvironmentActive commercial construction sites including:Outdoor work and varying weatherWorking at heights / laddersLifting and carrying materialsJoin Breakthrough MEP and lead with a team that values quality work, safety, and professionalism on every project.
