Qualifications
3-5 years of sales and business development experience
5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture
Excellent plant, irrigation, grading, and drainage knowledge for landscape plans
Excellent hardscape & softscape knowledge for construction plans
Creative critical thinking and analysis
Experience with or ability to quickly learn estimating software

Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for providing world class service, communication, and consultative sales to residential homeowners, HOA’s/Boards and their landscaping committees
This is an ideal opportunity for a landscape professional that is passionate about helping clients achieve their dreams for their property
Meet and exceed annual Design/Build sales /gross margin goals
Adhere to and uphold company values
Responsible for accurate record keeping in company software
You will be required to take detailed on-site notes, and thorough pictures of each and every jobsite
Provide recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues
Build out a detailed estimate that takes the project from beginning to the end, ensuring that the client is receiving what they requested in their design and project
Creative design development
Sales of Holiday Lights & Seasonal decor
Selling to client with ongoing communication throughout project
Engage in pre-construction walk throughs with client and project manager
Handle customer service concerns and resolve any account-level issues promptly
You will represent the company in a professional manner, whether an office setting or an onsite visit to create the best experience possible for the customer
Contribute to the achievement of company objectives
Active member of the Snow/Ice Management team
Participate in team member direction and training as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
